Your 30-Day Return Window
Changed your mind or not quite satisfied? No worries. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to send an item back for a refund or exchange.
What We Can Accept
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards, personalised items and products marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
Returning Something Is Simple
1. Email us first: Send your order number and reason for the return to Contact@SparkSatchel.Shop. 2. We'll guide you: We'll reply with the return address and full instructions. 3. Pack and post: Wrap the item securely and ship it back to us.
Please don't send anything back before getting in touch — returns made without a prior request may not be accepted.
How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a few additional days to process it on their end.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
